Yes — browsing and submitting booking requests is completely free for guests. Venue owners can list their spaces for free as well. VenueSnap does not charge commission on bookings.
VenueSnap features a wide range of event spaces including private dining rooms, rooftop bars, ballrooms, boardrooms, outdoor patios, party rooms, and more — from intimate spaces for small groups to large halls for hundreds of guests.
Browse listings in the app or on the web, tap into any venue you like, and tap "Contact Venue" to submit a booking request. Include your event date, time, estimated guest count, and any notes. The venue will review your request and respond directly.
Submitting a request is the first step — the venue will review it and confirm or decline based on their availability. You'll be notified once they respond.
The Tonight tab shows real-time availability from local venues — same-day openings, walk-in specials, and events posted throughout the day. It's the fastest way to find something happening near you right now.
Create a business account in the VenueSnap app or on the web. From your dashboard, tap "New Listing" to add your space — upload photos, set your pricing, describe your policies, and publish when you're ready.
VenueSnap is currently focused on Louisville, KY, with plans to expand to additional cities. If you'd like to bring VenueSnap to your city, let us know.
You can manage your booking requests from the Requests section of the app. Cancellation terms vary by venue — each listing displays its cancellation policy before you submit.
You can delete your account from the Profile section of the app. All your personal data will be permanently removed. If you need help, email us at support@getvenuesnap.com.
